I've got you Babe

"A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankrolls smaller, homes happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for."--unknown

There is something so special about a baby that it can just make your heart melt. I love children, with all of my heart. I love to see all the stages that they go through. To be asked to capture those small precious moments in time for a family is a privilege to me and I am just so lucky that I was asked to capture this little angel today. Isn't she just adorable?

Zions Natoinal Park

I just got home with the family from Zions National Park with the family. It was our last adventure before school started. I forget sometimes how lucky I am to live in a state with such a diverse landscape. I do believe that if anyone ever has the opportunity to be in Zions, that you should not pass it up. It is just too breathe takingly beautiful!

Gym Photoshoot (Florida)

Once again I had the opportunity to do a fun shoot while in Florida. There is this great Martial Arts Muay Tia studio that I had the chance to photograph, with some of the owners and the people who train there. I even got a little lesson myself that I really enjoyed and made me wish that we a a gym like this close to us.

Winter Park, Florida

When I was in Florida, I had the chance to visit my Aunt, Uncle, and cousins. I love visiting family, it is a reminder of how lucky I am and what a great family that I have. While we were visiting, my amazing Uncle took us on his boat and gave us a tour of the surrounding lakes where he lives. It is just another reminder of how beautiful it is down there and makes me a little home sick. Thanks again Uncle Tom for allowing the kids to drive the boat. It is still what Gideon talks about.

Little Surfer boy

But more wonderful than the lore of old men and the lore of books is the secret lore of the ocean.
H. P. Lovecraft

When I was in Florida and walking the beach on a beautiful morning, I saw this cute little boy and father preparing to hit the waves. I was impressed by this little boy who would go out as far as the adults and by his amazing skill. I decided to go talk to the father and learned that this little 6 year old has recently become sponsored in surfing. He allowed me to take photos of his cute little boy and I have never met anyone so humbled and amazing as this kid. He truly loves what he does and has no idea how amazing he is. I wish him the best as he pursues his now surfing career and thank him for letting me take pictures of him.
