I am begining to feel old.  All of my beautiful girls from the old neighborhood are getting married.  I cherish the moment that I had with them when they were younger and I was their youth leader.  I love to see them grow up and what they have and are becoming.  They will change the world for the better, it is in them and I hope they never forget it. 

Once again I was honored to photograph one of their engagements. Like I said, I am feeling older, but I love that I am still part of their lives.

Late Bridals

We never had the chance before the wedding to do bridals, so we got together this weekend and did some.   I guess better late then never..

I can not tell you how happy I am.  Another of my girls has gotten married.  I have known this beautiful girl since she was about 11 or 12.  To be there and see her brother walk her down the aisle and how happy she is, brought tears of happiness and joy to me.  I cry easily, but to see a young woman who I love so much and have the opportunity to be there for her on her wedding day could not make me any happier.  Cass, Adam, and beautiful Lillian, I wish you guys the happiest life and enjoy every little thing about eachother and never forget how much you are loved.

There is nothing as precious as a newborn baby.  Every little thing about them makes me smile.  Here are a few pictures of the cute little guy that I was honored to photograph yesterday.  Isn't he just so handsome and adorable?

Betta Lypse fun

I had an amazing weekend.  I had the chance to participate in a weekend of photo shoots.  I met some amazing people and got to hang out with some people who I already love (Todd, Renee, Nikki, James, Jamie, Gina, Jon, and Casey...).  Going to something like this makes me realize how talented and amazing people are; make-up artists, hairstylist, wardrobe specialist, designers, and of course all the other photographers.  I hope that I was able to make new friendships that will last for a long time. 

Our shoots ranged from, aliens, familes and kids, zombies, steam punk,cowboys, people painted gold, and fashion.  Here are a few and hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.  :)

I am so honored to have been able to do photos for this couple this past weekend.  I have known Cass since she was not quite 12 and how I love her with all my heart.  I can not believe that she is getting married.  I am beginning to feel a little old.  I only wish Cass, Adam, and their beautiful Lillian the happiest ever after that there is.  I love you guys and I am excited for the big day!

Project # 3

Savannah is 13 and lucky to be alive.  In 2003 it was discovered that she had  a benign  brain tumor that destroys everything in its path.  She is loving and caring and just one of the sweetest little girls.  She has had at least 24 surgeries.  Last year because of her brain tumor, her tibia bone in her left leg stopped growing and she had to have surgery and she was in the hospital for 3 months.  Savannah just smiles and seems to love life.  She loves to sing and gave me the great honor of singing me one of her favorite songs during our shoot.
