Draper Temple

My husband and I went up to Draper the other day to go to the LDS temple up there. It was our first time going to that temple, so I had to take a few shots. I usually do not take photos of architecture, but it was so beautiful, I could not resist. We are thinking of putting one up in the home, which one should I use? Which is your favorite? I am kind of torn between the 2.

Learning to love oneself. We all should do it

“Live life fully while you're here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You're going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don't try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human.”

Vampires

"We must survive, all of us. Blood for me: a cooked bird for you. What is the difference?"

---The Count in the BBC production of "Count Dracula"

"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. and when you look into an abyss, the abyss also looks into you."

---Nietzche

What fun. I had the chance to shoot Vampires this weekend. Serenity (my daughter) had too much fun shooting. She was laughing and giggling the entire time, it was hard to get her to act scared and frightened. Finally we got some, but it was just fun to do.

Sky Bar

I was asked to come up to Salt Lake to shoot for a business called the Sky bar, in exchange I would be able to use the photos for stock. Of course I could not refuse. I had the chance to work with some other extraordinary photographers and models while up there. My job is so much fun.

In front of the camera for once

I am so use to being behind the camera. When a great friend of mine started airbrushing and asked if I would do a shoot with her, I was a little hesitant, but of course I said yes. Renee has been a role model and great friend to me for quite a few years now. Her work in my eyes exceed so many others. You need to check out her and Todd's work out at bellaora.com. She made me feel like a rock star! I have to say that I had a lot of fun doing this, but I still prefer to be behind the camera and hidden :) .

Love

"True love is like a pair of socks: you gotta have two and they've gotta match."---unknown

The quote above says it all, just another way of saying two peas in a pod. Congratulations you guys!

I want to thank a friend for recommending this place

Friends

“Friendship is one mind in two bodies.”----Mencius

I love watching these two girls play and be apart of each others lives. I am so grateful for my own past and the people that I have met from my past to my present and hopefully in my future. Every person I have met has helped me become the person I am now. As I watch these two beautiful little girls daily, it makes me smile and remember all of the mischief and chaos that a child can get into with a friend. They are truly two peas in a pod.
